Why Counseling During Court or Legal Proceedings Can Help

When you or a family member must go through the stressful process of a legal proceeding, it is normal for adults and children to experience anger, anxiety, and grief. There are so many decisions to be made, and everyone feels out of control. Whether you welcome the experience or not, it can be one of life's most stressful events.

Our professionals are marriage and family therapists trained to help individuals through this stressful process in healthy ways. You will be able to talk to someone who will keep things confidential, someone who will understand what you are going through, and someone who will not judge you. At Associates in Counseling and Psychotherapy, we have experience dealing with the specific concerns that you are facing.
